Returns & Withdrawal Policy

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

  • According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have 14 days from the day after you receive your goods to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us via e‑mail or by using the standard form we provide.

  • You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. Items should be unused, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs if we have informed you about this in our terms. If you choose to use our pre‑paid return label, we will deduct the return postage from your refund.

Refund Process

  • We will refund all payments received from you (including the original delivery cost) within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back. Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

  • We may reduce the refund amount for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exchanges & Open Purchase

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the purchased item and place a new order.

  • We may offer an “open purchase” period beyond the statutory withdrawal period; this is optional and will be specified in promotional campaigns.

Exceptions

  • Personalised or custom‑made items, goods that may deteriorate rapidly, and hygiene products with a broken seal are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as permitted by Swedish law.
