Warranty & Complaints Policy

  • Statutory Warranty (Legal Guarantee) – Under EU and Swedish law, goods must be free from defects. You may complain about original defects within three years from the date of purchase. During the first 12 months, we must prove that a defect did not exist at the time of delivery.

  • What Is a Defect? – A defect exists if the item does not conform to our description, lacks expected qualities, or is not fit for its ordinary purpose. Minor colour variations may occur due to screen differences and are not considered defects.

  • How to Complain – Contact our customer service and provide your order number, description of the issue and photographs. If we confirm the defect, you may choose between repair or replacement. If neither is possible within a reasonable time, you may request a price reduction or full refund.

  • Voluntary Warranty – We may offer an additional warranty on certain products (e.g., two years on hardware). Such warranties are voluntary and must clearly state the subject, duration, restrictions, and our contact details. The voluntary warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment & Pricing Policy

  • Accepted Payment Methods – We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna. All transactions are encrypted to protect your payment information.

  • Currency – We charge in SEK. If you pay in another currency, your bank may charge conversion fees.

  • Security – We do not store complete credit‑card numbers on our servers. Payments are processed through PCI‑compliant providers.
