Geographical Coverage – We ship to Sweden and to selected EU countries. Customers outside the EU should check if we can deliver to their country (we update eligible regions on the checkout page).

Processing Time – Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high‑demand periods processing may take longer; we will inform you if there is a delay.

Delivery Times – Standard delivery within Sweden takes approximately 7–12 business days, and deliveries to other EU countries take 8–15 business days. These timeframes are examples; the E‑Commerce Act requires us to state delivery terms and provide a realistic estimate. If an item is out of stock or back‑ordered, we will notify you by e‑mail.

Shipping Charges – Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and the size/weight of the parcel. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free shipping; see promotions on our website.

International Duties and Taxes – For deliveries outside the EU, any additional customs duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We are not liable for delays due to customs.

Non‑Delivery – If a parcel is returned because you failed to collect it or provided incorrect address information, we may charge the actual return shipping cost.

Inspection at Delivery – Upon receiving your order, please inspect it and report any visible damage to the carrier and to us immediately.
